#78 - The Sentinel - Judas Priest - Defenders of the Faith
I like the constant changing of solos on this song. This always had a nice dark atmosphere, that set it apart from other Priest tunes. Really a great track on a great record.
I remeber ssing Priest in 1990 and I could see the veins in Halford's neck stand out when he sang this song. Although I think Jawbreaker is my favorite track on Defenders.
DEFENDERS OF THE FAITH is my favorite Priest album.....Side 1 is a killer slab of pure Metal. I'd tie this with 'Jawbreaker' for best song on the record even with those synthesized guitars.
