Paul Di'anno - Please Go Away

Paul Di'Anno has just released another retread of Maiden songs. This guy got booted from Maiden 25 friggin' years ago, and he has done absolutely nothing since, so he is re-recording the only decent songs he has ever been involved with. The CD, entitled "Paul DiAnno - The Classics", is subtitled "The Maiden Years". This guy is the biggest friggin' tool.

It's a shame, I liked Paul in Maiden. I hate when former members have to cling on to a former band's music to make a living. Neil Turbin is one of my least favorite. He is still trying to ride on the fact that he did one album with Anthrax over 20 years ago. The best route is to go your own way. Do many people remember that Lemmy was in Hawkwind or that Blackie Lawless was in the New York Dolls? No, because they got on with their careers and made their own music.

Wow, I honestly did not know that Blackie Lawless was in the Dolls.

Me neither. I guess that is where he learned how to f*ck like a beast.

paul is doing his own thing. he was the lead singer for iron maiden and did some great things with them. so did neil turbin. he wrote the song deathrider and named his band after the song he wrote when he was in anthrax and play mostly deathriders songs except for one or two songs that were from his anthrax days for the fans. are you having a bad day. check out the new machine head album, which kicks ass
